We currently collect personal data from you in four main ways; when you subscribe through our website (www.frontiersapiens.com) to our mailing list, when you fill out an event feedback form, when you purchase tickets through our website, or when you submit a film via our FilmFreeway submission page.

Mailing list

Your data will be added to our mailing list, only after you have either subscribed through our website, filled out an event feedback form, submitted a film, or purchased tickets. The information we collect includes your name, email address, town name and post code. We use this information to inform you about our events, news, and any event competitions we think you might be interested in.

We send you information via the third party provider Mailerlite and also use Mailerlite to gather statistics to help us improve the information we are sending you. Purchasing tickets

We use the ticket platform provider Eventbrite to sell tickets to some of our events. Eventbrite will collect the necessary details in order to fulfil your ticket order, such as name, email address, billing address and payment details. Do we share your data?

We will never sell or share your personal data without your express consent, or unless we are required to do so by law. If you state that you would like to hear from our tour partners, we will be able to share your data with them. Any tour partners with whom we may share your personal data will be listed in this privacy policy.

We have electronic procedures in place to ensure the safety of your personal data when both stored and shared with any tour partners.
