ARE THE SCREENINGS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
We offer a range of unique outdoor cinema events and indoor pop-up cinema events at different locations around the UK. The type of event will be highlighted explicitly on the event ticket page, so please visit the individual page to find out whether your chosen event is outdoors or indoors.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
All of our outdoor cinema events will go ahead in the event of rain; so please check the weather forecast beforehand and dress accordingly! On very rare occasions, we may be forced to postpone or cancel an event due to dangerous weather conditions. In this instance, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. However, if you are unable to attend the new date, you will be able to receive a 100% refund if you email us within 7 days of the new date being announced.
CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event being hosted. Please check the individual event ticket page for the specific cancellation / refund policy.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK TO THE EVENT?
In most cases - yes! However, this does sometimes vary across our venues, so please visit the individual ticket page for further information.
IS THERE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE AT THE EVENTS?
At all of our outdoor cinema events, we partner with a range of local food and drink vendors to make sure there's always options available for you on site. Please check the individual ticket pages for further information.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
As much as we LOVE dogs, unfortunately only service dogs are allowed at the screenings.
CAN I SMOKE?
Smoking (and the use of e-cigarettes and vapes) is not allowed at any of our events. Some of our venues may have designated areas where smoking is allowed, but please visit the individual ticket page for details.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?
Head on over to our 'dates and tickets' page and select the 'buy tickets' tab next to the date and location of your choice.
CAN YOU BRING A POP-UP CINEMA EVENT TO MY HOME TOWN OR VENUE?
Absolutely! We're always happy to consider new locations, so if you have a new venue in mind please send us an email, we'd love to hear about it!
