We offer a range of unique outdoor cinema events and indoor pop-up cinema events at different locations around the UK. The type of event will be highlighted explicitly on the event ticket page, so please visit the individual page to find out whether your chosen event is outdoors or indoors.

All of our outdoor cinema events will go ahead in the event of rain; so please check the weather forecast beforehand and dress accordingly! On very rare occasions, we may be forced to postpone or cancel an event due to dangerous weather conditions. In this instance, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. However, if you are unable to attend the new date, you will be able to receive a 100% refund if you email us (mailto:team@frontiersapiens.com?subject=Refund%20request)within 7 days of the new date being announced.

Refunds will not be available within 30 days of the event date, but you are able to swap to another one of our events in the same year, upon request. At all of our outdoor cinema events, we partner with a range of local food and drink vendors to make sure there's always options available for you on site. Many of our indoor venues have a range of food and snacks available to purchase. Please check the individual ticket pages for further information.

Smoking (and the use of e-cigarettes and vapes) is not allowed at any of our events. Some of our venues may have designated areas where smoking is allowed, please contact the venue for future details.
