Are the screenings indoor or outdoor?

We offer a range of unique outdoor cinema events and indoor pop-up cinema events at different locations around the UK. The type of event will be highlighted explicitly on the event ticket page, so please visit the individual page to find out whether your chosen event is outdoors or indoors.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Accepted Answer

All of our outdoor cinema events will go ahead in the event of rain; so please check the weather forecast beforehand and dress accordingly! On very rare occasions, we may be forced to postpone or cancel an event due to dangerous weather conditions. In this instance, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. However, if you are unable to attend the new date, you will be able to receive a 100% refund if you email us (mailto:team@frontiersapiens.com?subject=Refund%20request)within 7 days of the new date being announced.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event being hosted. Please check the individual event ticket page for the specific cancellation / refund policy.

Question 4

Can I get a refund for my ticket booking?

Accepted Answer

Please check the individual event ticket page for the specific refund policy. Unless stated differently on the ticket page, all of our events allow for refunds up to 30 days before the event. Refunds will not be available within 30 days of the event date, but you are able to swap to another one of our events in the same year, upon request. Please email us to request a refund or to swap your tickets to another event.

Are refreshments available at the events?

At all of our outdoor cinema events, we partner with a range of local food and drink vendors to make sure there's always options available for you on site. Many of our indoor venues have a range of food and snacks available to purchase. Please check the individual ticket pages for further information.

Question 6

Can I smoke?

Accepted Answer

Smoking (and the use of e-cigarettes and vapes) is not allowed at any of our events. Some of our venues may have designated areas where smoking is allowed, please contact the venue for future details.

Can you bring a pop up cinema to my home town?

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

We absolutely LOVE seeing dogs at our outdoor screenings, but we do have to follow the 'dog policy' of the venue. Please check the individual ticket pages for further information.
